I'm on the third day of my cleanse diet. All I have to do is drink maple syrup, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and water for all three meals.

The best detox diets include supplements to cleanse the bowel and also to support the liver detox pathways. The results will be better and you will get fewer detox reactions if any.
